The intruder alarm systems -installed by us or by other companies- upon request may also be connected to our remote surveillance service. We are in contractual relationship with various service providers in the country; therefore we are always offering the most suitable service provider for our customers. Our partners guarantee an alarm response service using mobile patrol vehicles or in certain cases patrol bikes arriving to the scene within a short period time after the alarm goes off. Our mobile patrol units are able to professionally and effectively deal with the criminals.

We use the following signal transmission methods, in an optimum case even in parallel: Connected phone line, GSM/GPRS, URH.

The following signals are transmitted, which are registered in the dispatch centre and if necessary the required measures are taken: All alarms, closing, opening, error and test codes. In the case of an alarm the remote surveillance service informs the people listed on the notification list and sends the patrol unit to the scene.

If a new alarm system is installed and connected to our remote surveillance system we offer a discounted installation price. There is no registration fee and fidelity declaration! We offer discounted rates upon connecting multiple alarm systems.
